Pros
Notes are upto the point (helpful for a quick revision),very smart & experienced, knows how to communicate & solve doubt efficiently which actually makes sense & not just manipulating kid into believing something.
Cons
He is kinda grumpy since he is old (67 y/o) thats it.
Ratings are half the decision.
