Pros

As someone with very little finance/ stocks knowledge, I found his teaching style perfect for me. Every minute detail were explained logically which eventually helped during exams and beyond. The book containing notes is also a good one, consolidating everything together.

Cons

Pacing could've been better for revisions.

Pros

PAR-level understanding instead of rote learning, go with Praveen Khatod Sir. Exceptional conceptual clarity, practical market insights, engaging brainstorming sessions, excellent doubt solving, structured notes, and complete exam orientation.

Cons

After studying from Sir, it's difficult to adjust to any other faculty's teaching style.

Studying AFM from Praveen Khatod Sir was one of my best CA Final decisions. AFM ka TOD = Praveen Khatod literally! ❤️ He doesn't make you mug up formulas—he makes you understand the logic behind every concept. The brainstorming in class, practical stock market examples, charts & price action understanding, valuation insights, and real-life applications make every topic unforgettable. PAR-level conceptual clarity with exam-oriented coverage.Blindly trust the process. 🔥📈

✗ Does not recommend

Pros

Deeply conceptual but not exam oriented

Cons

Too much time pass during the classes, provides 6-8 books, teaches extra stuff outside the course, keeps blaming ICAI and other faculties, cross sells other courses like CFA, FRM, stock market courses
